 SOTF or Switch-on-the-fly is a feature built into the ECM that allows you to change between two pre-loaded tunes with a dash mounted switch without having to re-download the tunes to the ECM every time you want to change a tune. 

 A flex-fuel vehicle is a vehicle designed to run on more than one fuel, usually gasoline blended with ethanol, and both fuels are stored in the same tank, mixed together. Modern flex-fuel engines are capable of burning any proportion of the resulting blend in the combustion chamber as fuel injection and spark timing are adjusted automatically according to the actual blend detected by a fuel composition sensor. This allows you to have major performance gains simply by putting E85 in the tank, the ECM will take care of the rest!
